When will my order be sent?
All UK orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays). Please allow 4-5 days for delivery. International orders are sent on a weekly basis, please allow up to 24 days for delivery.

What are your posting methods?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class post. Recorded Delivery is also available. All International orders are sent via International Recorded Airmail.

What are your Post & Packing rates?

What conditions are your comics in?
All our comics are brand new, near mint. All of our comics are individually bagged and boarded at no extra cost.

Are all your comics first print editions?
Yes, all comics are first print editions unless otherwise stated.

Can I order multiple copies of any title?
You may order a maximum of 2 copies of each title per order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Delta, Master Card, Switch & Solo for all orders. Currently we do NOT accept American Express or PayPal.

What should I do if my credit card is declined?
If you have another credit/debit card, go to 'Select a Payment Method' when making your payment and enter new credit/debit card details.

Are your prices in GBP Pounds?
Yes, all prices are listed in GBP £'s.

Can I add a new item to my order after I have placed it?
Orders are processed automatically. Additional items would require a seperate order. Post & Packing of two orders can not be combined.

How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation from us regarding the order, this email will also contain your specific order number. You will then receive an email from us when your item/s have been sent. If you have any further questions, please contact us at the following email address: info@comicdomain.co.uk stating your name and order number. Please bare in mind that email is answered during business hours (Monday-Saturday 9-6pm).

What is your returns policy?
If you feel you must return items, please contact us by email within 12 days of receipt of items. Credit or refund will be issued after we have inspected the returned item, providing that it is returned in the same condition as it was when originally sent to you. Use the same packing material that we used in posting. Only the purchase price of the item/s will be refunded. Return postage and insurance costs is the obligation of the buyer, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven days of the date from which you contacted us about the return.
